Products offered by Natty Labs are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research purposes. They are not approved drugs, supplements, or medical treatments, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or preventative use.
Our materials are supplied for qualified research environments where proper laboratory practices and documentation standards are followed.
How are Natty Labs orders shipped?
Natty Labs ships orders within the United States using USPS. Orders placed and finalized before 3:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders paid via instant payment methods such as Cash App or Zelle are processed once payment confirmation is received.
Where can I review analytical testing or documentation?
Supporting analytical documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), is available directly on each applicable product page. Natty Labs provides verified testing information for individual compounds and select blends where applicable.
Documentation is supplied to support transparency and reference for research workflows.
Can I cancel or send back an order after purchasing?
Because Natty Labs supplies laboratory research materials that are handled under controlled conditions, all completed sales are considered final once fulfillment has occurred. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold after shipment.
Each product is prepared, verified, and packaged with strict contamination-control standards. For this reason, returned materials cannot be reintroduced into inventory.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what was shipped, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist as appropriate.
