Because Natty Labs supplies materials intended for laboratory research and handled under controlled conditions, all completed purchases are considered final. Orders that have been processed and shipped are not eligible for return, replacement, or reimbursement.

Each product is prepared, verified, and packaged with strict controls in place to protect material integrity and prevent contamination. As a result, any items that leave our facility cannot be accepted back into inventory.

If your shipment arrives with an error or shows signs of damage, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and take appropriate steps to address it.
